Scheduling Policy

At Uplift Aesthetics, we value our clients' time and strive to provide the best possible service. To ensure the smooth operation of our practice and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.

  1. Cancellation Notice:

    • We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

    • Notice should be provided during our regular business hours 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM by calling (209) 336-9339. If the phone goes to voicemail, please leave a message. Cancelling via social media is NOT an acceptable form of cancelling an appointment.  

  2. Late Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled treatment/procedure will be subject to a charge of 25% of the scheduled procedure cost. 

  3. No-Show Policy:

    • If a client fails to show up for a scheduled consultation appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee of $50 will be applied.

    • If a client fails to show up for a scheduled procedure/treatment without any prior notice, a no-show fee of 25% of procedure/treatment will be applied. 

  4. Cancellation Fees:

    • Cancellation fees will be determined based on the type and duration of the scheduled appointment.

  5. Deposits​

    • For services requiring a deposit, the deposit must be collected at the time of booking. These fees vary depending on services booked and length of appointment.

    • Deposit fees will be applied to the invoice of the scheduled appointment at the time of checkout.

  6. Exceptions:

    • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please communicate with us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

  7. Rescheduling:

    • Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments rather than cancel whenever possible. We will make every effort to find a new suitable appointment time.

  8. Payment of Fees:

    • Cancellation fees must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

  9. Multiple No-Shows or Excessive Cancellations:

    • Repeated no-shows or excessive cancellations may result in limitations on future bookings.

  10. Policy Review:

    • This scheduling policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated at the discretion of Uplift Live Confident Medicine.
